Victoria Beckham's Lumpy Legs

Please tell me this photo is photoshopped... actually, JUST JARED posted an update at the end of the story claiming:

These pictures have not be doctored or Photoshopped in any way, shape or form. Even UK’s The Daily Mail is reporting the same story with pictures from a different angle as well.

Victoria Beckham was seen heading up the stairs of a Beverly Hills Mansion when the camera caught this cavernous void in her inner left thigh.

I have NO idea what would cause this hole in her leg. Ewwww
