Why Wasn't I invited???
I LOVE cake, so when I saw this gigantic cake that was built to celebrate a Chinese festival. I was Jealous!
The mooncake was built in north east China's Liaoning province.
I would be interested in seeing them cook the whole thing at one time. Isn't it amazing that it didn't burn?

It looks like one of my handiworks. I have a disability. To identify proportions...
I end up adding a little more of this and a little more of that until I end up looking like I cooked for the entire salvation army.
The last time I made soup, I made two large vesselful of it. That wouldn't have been bad, except I was cooking JUST for myself... and soup spoils easily. I had to throw away the rest the next day.
At least... the cake has many takers...
